Ի ԳԻՏՈՒԹՅՈՒՆ ԲԵԼԳԻԱՅՈՒՄ ԳՏՆՎՈՂ ՀԱՅԱՍՏԱՆԻ ՔԱՂԱՔԱՑԻՆԵՐԻ

ՀՀ քաղաքացիները, որոնք ավիաչվերթների չեղարկման/ հետաձգման պատճառով չեն կարող մեկնել Բելգիայից և ում մուտքի արտոնագրի ժամկետը սպառվել է կամ մոտ է սպառվելուն, կարող են դիմել Բելգիայի համապատասխան իշխանություններին վիզայի ժամկետի երկարաձգման համար։

Foreign nationals who are stuck in Belgium can ask for a prolongation of their visa (force majeure)

The Ministry of the Interior asks them to contact the local authorities (city/commune) of their place of residence per EMAIL (given current restrictions on people contacts), before the end of the validity of their visa

- In emergency they can contact the Ministry directly via mail:

opvolging@ibz.fgov.be for residents in Flemish speaking community
suivi@ibz.fgov.be for residents in French speaking community

- They will need to add following documents to their request:

Copy of passport (number and validity, personal data, used pages)
Copy of their arrival declaration
A letter explaining why they are unable to leave the Schengen territory and any documents that confirm this
A proof of medical insurance for the duration of their stay
Address of residence in Belgium
Email address

- The Ministry of the Interior will reply on the request by email (to limit contact).

Ressortissants de pays tiers empêchés de quitter la Belgique pour des raisons de force majeure

L’Office des étrangers rappelle qu’un ressortissant de pays tiers empêché de quitter la Belgique pour des raisons de forces majeures (quarantaine, annulation d’un vol, fermeture d’une frontière etc..) peut demander l’autorisation de prolonger son séjour.

Afin de limiter les déplacements et les contacts, cette demande peut être adressée à l’administration communale du lieu de résidence, par mail.

En cas d’urgence, cette demande peut être adressée directement à l’Office des étrangers, par mail, à l’adresse kv.opvolging@ibz.fgov.be (résidence dans une commune néerlandophone), ou cs.suivi@ibz.fgov.be (résidence dans une commune francophone).

Le demandeur doit joindre les informations et documents suivants :

une copie de son passeport (numéro et validité, données personnelles, pages utilisées);
une copie de sa déclaration d’arrivée (annexe 3 à l’arrêté royal du 08/10/1981);
une lettre expliquant pourquoi il ne peut pas quitter le territoire Schengen à la date prévue ;
les documents qui confirment l’empêchement;
une assurance maladie en voyage valablepour la durée de la prolongation souhaitée ;
l’adresse de résidence en Belgique;
une adresse e-mailde contact

L’Office des étrangers enverra sa décision au demandeur, par mail.
